Our Programming Difference

Too many gyms hand you cookie cutter workout plans then send you out to the floor on your own. But if you’ve hit a plateau, carry nagging pains, or want to enhance your performance you need more than that. You need a gym where training + recovery + expert support come together.

When it comes to programming we use a science backed approach to ensuring you’re training as hard as you need to when it makes sense to do so. Starting with your goals and a few important stats about you we look closely at how much you should be training, how often you expect to work out, and build a program around both your goals and create a program that ensures you hit them.

Our Gym Philosophy

At Lyceum we try to take a less rigid, more fluid approach to your fitness, in the sense that you’ll be guided in how to train while listening to your body’s natural feedback. When you have questions, need help, or are curious about something involving training, nutrition, or recovery we are there to help.
Movement is a form of medicine and the prescription of it helps a whole host of pain and disease. Often, it is said, the best “corrective exercise” is simply “correct exercise”. At Lyceum you’ll learn to move effectively and make significant changes to your body and health.
